Content warning Spoilers for book one
The end of book one started going deep into a lore for this universe that I did not begin to expect, this book doubles down on that and starts to paint a deep problem in the universe. One that’s going to be a lot of fun to discover. Can’t wait for the next one.
It's a fun adventure but the depth of the universe keeps increasing! I didn't even realize it was a slow burn, the flame just goes up really high!

What a twist! This was unexpenedently a slow burn. It kept getting more and more interesting and more and more of the universe unraveled showing it to be deeper and more interesting as the story went on. Even then, it's a wonderful "hardish" scifi novel. Looking forward to the rest of the series.
