Picnic at Hanging Rock

I really had my hopes up for this book but, except for a nice beginning, it felt like it was all over the place. The last chapter had been taken out by the editor but it's now sold separately and... wow! If that ending is not the epitome of all over the place...!

I'm gonna give the movie a try, mainly because, from the pics I've seen, the girls dress just as I'd like to dress everyday.
