Den Ton, in dem T.C. Boyle erzählt, mag ich nicht so besonders: mir ist das zu macho-haft. Die Geschichte selber fand ich gut: Auch diese Erzählebenen, wie zum Einen die aktuelle Story vorwärts geht und zum Anderen die Vergangenheit(en) erzählt werden.
