This book is an easy to read introduction to the concepts of Kanban. It's specially fitted for individuals rather than whole teams (hence the title). The author gives many practical examples that the average reader can easily relate to. This makes the application of the given information easier and measurable.
Even if you know the concepts of Kanban already this book might still be worth reading for its fitting to personal space and contexts and for the many practical examples.
